Involve your children
in learning about allergies
An excellent idea is to get your child involved
in learning about allergies. If you turn the learning
phase into a fun activity, your child will get a head
start on keeping allergies under control. For example,
you could look through favourite books together for
things that trigger allergy attacks, or make drawings
of how your child feels when his symptoms are
making him sneeze and sniffle.
